Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Impressed Inc., doing business as SocialBook ("SocialBook," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, software, subscriptions, marketplace services, campaign services, artificial intelligence features, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to information we process about advertisers, brands, agencies, business users, creators, influencers, subscribers, prospective customers, website visitors, users who connect third-party social media accounts or services, individuals who communicate with SocialBook, and other individuals whose information is processed in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, social media platforms, or services that have their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account and contact information. When you create an account, subscribe, request a demo, join a campaign, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, role, social media handles, mailing address, phone number, password or authentication credentials, and other account details.
Business, creator, and campaign information. We may collect profile information, audience and channel information, campaign briefs, brand assets, creator lists, outreach records, content, messages, performance metrics, reports, links, uploaded files, and other materials you provide or generate through the Services.
Social media and creator information. We may collect or process information relating to social media accounts and creators from users, public sources, authorized APIs, social media platforms, third-party data providers, analytics providers, and other lawful data sources. This may include account or channel names, usernames, profile images, profile descriptions, follower or subscriber counts, engagement metrics, publicly available posts or content, audience information, content categories, platform identifiers, campaign performance, and other information made available by the relevant platform, user, or authorized data source.
Subscription, billing, and transaction information. If you purchase or subscribe to paid Services, we and our payment processors may collect billing contact details, subscription plan, renewal status, payment method details, invoices, receipts, tax information, charge history, and fraud-prevention signals. SocialBook does not intentionally store full credit card numbers where a payment processor provides tokenized payment processing.
Tax and payout information. Where required to make payments to creators, administer campaigns, or comply with tax laws, we may collect taxpayer name, business information, taxpayer identification information, IRS Form W-9 or W-8 information, and other legally required tax documentation.
Usage, device, and technical information. We may collect IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, access times, clicks, searches, feature usage, log files, cookies, local storage, and similar diagnostics or analytics information.
Information from third-party platforms and integrations. If you connect a social media account or other third-party service, we may receive information permitted by that platform and by the permissions you approve, such as account identifiers, usernames, profile information, channel information, public content, audience or engagement metrics, access tokens, refresh tokens, and API data needed to provide the connected feature.
Communications. If you contact SocialBook or communicate through the Services, we may collect emails, customer-support requests, campaign communications, feedback, survey responses, chat or message content, and other communications you send to us.
2. Google and YouTube API Data
Certain Services may use Google APIs or YouTube API Services. When you connect a Google or YouTube account, the information we access, collect, store, and use depends on the scopes and permissions you approve. This may include account identifiers, channel information, public profile information, analytics, video or content metadata, comments or engagement information, access tokens, refresh tokens, and other API data necessary to provide the connected features you request.
SocialBook uses Google and YouTube API data only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve user-facing features of the Services, including account connection, creator discovery, analytics, reporting, campaign management, outreach, workflow automation, and related functionality.
SocialBook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SocialBook's use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
You may revoke SocialBook's access to your Google account at any time through your Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. You may also disconnect supported integrations in your SocialBook account settings or contact us at support@socialbook.io.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; create and manage accounts; process subscriptions, payments, renewals, invoices, refunds, taxes, and fraud checks; connect advertisers, brands, agencies, businesses, creators, and influencers; manage campaigns and creator workflows; provide analytics, reports, search, outreach, recommendations, and customer support; communicate with you; personalize your experience; enforce our terms; comply with law; and protect SocialBook, users, and third parties.
4. AI Features
SocialBook may provide features powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning, including content generation, creator discovery, automated outreach, audience analysis, recommendations, summaries, classifications, and predictive analytics. When you use AI features, we may process prompts, inputs, uploaded content, account information, campaign information, creator data, usage signals, and generated outputs to provide, secure, support, and improve those features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit information to AI features and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or using it.
SocialBook may use third-party technology providers to help provide AI functionality. Where personal information is processed by a service provider on SocialBook's behalf, we require such processing to be subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, security, and data-protection requirements. AI-generated output is not intended to constitute legal, financial, medical, employment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, improve performance, detect abuse, and support marketing or advertising. We may use analytics and advertising providers, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdRoll, and similar services.
To learn more about Google's privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers and processors that help us provide the Services, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, email delivery, security, fraud prevention, data processing, AI infrastructure, and business operations providers.
Certain privacy laws, including California law, may define "sale" or "sharing" more broadly and may treat some disclosures involving advertising cookies, pixels, or cross-context behavioral advertising as a sale or sharing even where no money is exchanged. Where required by applicable law, eligible users may opt out of such sale or sharing, and SocialBook will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required.
We may also share information with third-party platforms and integrations at your direction; with advertisers, agencies, creators, influencers, or other users as needed for campaigns or marketplace features; with professional advisors; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; to comply with law or legal process; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of SocialBook, users, or others.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may update certain account information through your account settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails, though we may still send transactional or service-related messages. You may disconnect supported third-party integrations through your account settings or the third-party platform.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, contact support@socialbook.io. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
8. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California law may give you rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We may collect the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, professional or employment-related information, inferences, and information you choose to provide. We use and disclose these categories for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements, California residents may request information about personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared; request access to specific pieces of personal information; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing as those terms are defined by California law; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
9. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Depending on the jurisdiction, these rights may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales of personal information, or profiling; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions. To submit a request, contact support@socialbook.io.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the Services. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
If you disconnect a supported Google, YouTube, Instagram, or other third-party integration, we will stop using the disconnected credentials for future access and delete or de-identify stored integration data where required by applicable law and platform policy, subject to limited retention for backups, logs, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption, authentication, monitoring, security testing, and other security practices appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact support@socialbook.io.
13. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
SocialBook may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information from information collected through the Services and use it for analytics, research, benchmarking, product development, fraud detection, business intelligence, Service improvement, and other lawful purposes. Where information is maintained as de-identified information under applicable law, SocialBook will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, social networks, applications, products, or services. SocialBook is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them or authorizing access.
15. International Users
SocialBook is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where SocialBook or our service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your country. Where required by applicable law, SocialBook uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

When we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law, which may include updating this page, sending an email, or providing an in-product notice. The Last Updated date above identifies the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use information previously collected from you and applicable law requires consent, we will obtain appropriate consent before applying the new use.
